• Students must return signed form with deposit to be considered on the trip.
• Students are housed in quad rooms with the possibility of the quint occupancy in some rooms (cot or pull-out couch) dependent on actual number of students
• A $25 late fee will be added to any student not paid in full by final payment date.
• Students not paid in full by final payment date can be removed without warning.
• Students signing up after final payment are subject to availability.
• Students must be paid in full to participate in trip.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail to [email protected]
• Returned checks are subject to a $25 processing fee.
• Stamm Travel is not responsible for changes, cancellations or delays beyond our control.
• Stamm Travel is not responsible for the failure of third party contracts.
• I grant Stamm Travel the right to take photographs/video of my student and assign and transfer copyright, use and publish for possible use in promotional material (electronic and/or print).

• 45-31 days prior to trip departure – 50% refund of trip cost
• 30-15 days prior to trip departure – 25% refund of trip cost
• 14-0 days prior to trip departure – 0% refund of trip cost
